From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel like a valued guest, with a warm welcome that included a refreshing oil ritual-a unique touch that set the tone for the exceptional service to follow. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of my stay; from the well-presented staff who spoke impeccable English to the modern and comfortable room that boasted not only air conditioning but also a charming terrace overlooking the lush tea estate. What truly stood out to me was the impeccable service and thoughtfulness of the staff-I was left speechless when they went above and beyond to help me find a necklace I thought I had lost. The experience of relaxing by the pool, with a view of the serene rice fields and lagoon teeming with wildlife, was simply magical. The presence of turtles added a delightful touch of nature that enhanced my overall sense of tranquility and connection to the surroundings. The hotel's commitment to providing a luxurious yet authentic experience was evident in the high standard of food they offered.
